We begin our social studies by learning about processors (people who get the goods ready for purchase) and distributors (people who distribute the goods to markets. This unit discusses goods, and consumers. How does that jar of peanut butter get to the market? There are a lot of steps in between, starting all the way to the farmer who grows the peanuts.
